OVERVIEW
Sony Philippines brought an immersive learning experience to Davao, giving photographers and videographers the opportunity to explore visual storytelling within the vibrant setting of the Kadayawan Festival.
To support the successful delivery of the event, 4.0 Management handled the moving pieces, from workshop management and speaker coordination to participant movement and on-ground execution, creating a seamless journey that took learning beyond the workshop venue and into the streets and heart of Kadayawan, where every moment became part of the story.
Project Blueprint
4.0 Management was entrusted with bringing Sony Philippines’ planned workshop and photo walk to life through organized and seamless event execution.
The scope included:
1. Workshop Execution
Preparing the venue and overseeing the operational requirements needed to deliver the workshop as planned with Sony Philippines.
2. Speaker Coordination
Coordinating with the speakers regarding schedules, requirements, and on-site arrangements to support the smooth delivery of their sessions.
3. Program Flow Management
Managing the established program flow and coordinating each segment to keep the workshop organized and on schedule.
4. Participant Journey Management
Managing registration, orientation, group coordination, and participant movement throughout the experience.
5. Brand Experience
Integrating the Sony Alpha experience into the activity, allowing participants to explore cinematic storytelling through hands-on activity and real-world application.
6. Photowalk Coordination
Organizing participant movement from the workshop venue to the festival and coordinating the groups throughout the photowalk experience.
7. Logistics and On-Ground Operations
Overseeing venue requirements, equipment, schedules, team coordination, and other operational details to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
