OVERVIEW
As Green GSM officially entered the Philippine market, the brand aimed to create more than just an internal launch event. The goal was to introduce its vision with impact by inspiring its local team, energizing its driver community, and establishing a strong cultural foundation for the brand’s future in the country.
4.0 Management was tapped to mount an experience that would not only celebrate the brand’s arrival, but also reflect what Green GSM stands for: movement, unity, innovation, and sustainability.
Bringing together local employees, Vietnamese taskforce members, drivers, market leaders, and global management, the event became a milestone moment that marked the beginning of a greener and more sustainable future for transportation in the Philippines.
Project Blueprint
The objective was to create a powerful internal launch experience that would introduce Green GSM to the Philippine market with impact, unity, and purpose.
The scope included:
Strategic Event Experience Development: Conceptualization and execution of a launch experience aligned with Green GSM’s vision of sustainability, innovation, and collective movement.
Program Flow and Audience Engagement: Development of a structured program designed to inspire employees, engage drivers, and create meaningful alignment among local and global stakeholders.
Large-Scale Participant Coordination: End-to-end coordination of over 400 drivers and attendees to ensure seamless movement, participation, and synchronization throughout the event.
Flashmob Formation Execution: Creation and management of the signature “We Move As One” segment where participants learned synchronized poses and movements to symbolize unity and shared purpose.
Visual Storytelling and Documentation: Professional photo and video coverage designed to immortalize the launch milestone and generate compelling assets for future marketing and brand applications.
Client Collaboration and Brand Alignment: Close coordination with Green GSM’s local and global teams to ensure every touchpoint reflected the brand’s mission, culture, and future direction in the Philippine market.
