PHILTECH aimed to host an opulent year-end party to honor the remarkable advancements and milestones achieved by both PHILTECH and Albertsons Company. The event, LUX: Celebrating Brilliance and Excellence, was inspired by the word "luxury" to evoke a sense of grandeur and to make employees feel truly valued. This vision came to life through elegant execution, featuring a stunning 360-degree stage that created an immersive experience, highlighting the company’s achievements and its people.

With meticulous planning and flawless execution, 4.0 Management brought this vision into reality. The event not only celebrated the company’s success but also fostered empowerment and pride among employees. With a 96% retention rate and glowing client feedback, the celebration was a resounding success, setting the stage for continued growth in the year ahead.
