Claire and Kris’ union was a heartfelt celebration of love and commitment shared with family and friends through two distinct yet deeply connected wedding experiences: an elegant church ceremony in Manila and a Sakura-themed beachfront wedding along the pristine shores of Boracay.

To bring the couple’s dream wedding to life, 4.0 Management delivered two thoughtfully curated events through meticulous planning, refined design, and seamless coordination. Each venue was crafted to deliver a unique atmosphere while coming together as one unforgettable celebration, allowing the couple to relive the beauty of their special day in full bloom.

Project Blueprint

The client envisioned celebrating their union in two meaningful ways. The objective was to create an intimate and traditional church wedding at St. Alphonsus Mary de Liguori Parish Church, followed by a romantic beach wedding at The Lind, Boracay, inspired by the timeless beauty of cherry blossoms.

The scope included:

Concept Development and Event Direction - Creation of two distinct yet cohesive wedding experiences. Creative direction included the official wedding hashtag #offKRISallydeCLAIREd and key moments from the Bride Reveal to the reception.
End-to-End Event Management - Full planning, styling, coordination and on-site execution to ensure a seamless flow across both events, from organizing the wedding entourage during the ceremony to managing smooth guest transitions into the reception.
Pre-Event Preparations and Guest Experience Design - Development of curated pre-event materials and touchpoints, including the Boracay Invitation Boarding Pass, digital RSVP, Save the Date Video, and the Ceremony Beach Area Walkthrough.
Strategic Program Flow - Strategically structured programs with smooth transitions from the ceremony to the reception.
Smart Registration System - A fully digital registration process with real-time attendance tracking, providing guests with a hassle-free check-in experience and efficient crowd management.
Entertainment and Hosts - Curation and coordination of entertainment elements including a live band, DJ, and line dancers, along with professional hosts who set the tone and guided the celebration.
Signature Wedding Elements and Installations - Design and execution of standout experiential features for the beach wedding including a 360° Booth beach setup, an oversized Cherry Blossom petal Bride Reveal, and a styled wishing well for the gift area.
